Finding Balance

I'm glad this particular article was published as the majority of elite athletes we often see in the sport do not have the large, lucrative contracts that just allow them to train & compete while life's daily demands are taken care of.

The fact that you have athletes who juggle a non-sports career along with their athletic pursuits speaks volumes about what they have to endure just to pursue their athletic dreams.

I am an athlete that has trained and worked a full time job, and you really being to love the sport. Since 03' - till now i have learned what it takes to be good at this sport while learning many different training methods and i have become a true student to the sport. With limited time to train, making sure you are doing the correct training is the main goal.
