VA produces good footballers but not like TX, FL, and CA. WHY you might ask because these coaches want the guys in the weightroom to get bigger and think that wins games. SPEED wins ask Ohio State they know by example.
From EX-VA highschool track coach who had more success with highschool girl athletes because the boys were worried about 7-on-7 passing league.

Right on!! Focus must be on the girls, the boys are being told that the weight room is more important than getting faster and conditioned and thats killing them when it comes time to step on campus and the track guys are beating them out for spots. 11.5 in the 100m for a wideout is not cutting it when you have girls on campus that can run that.
