I apologize to everyone for how I've been running this outdoor season. I've just had too much going on. I've been student teaching 5 days a week along with evening classes, so I haven't been practicing very much. But I'm done with classes now and anxious as hell to start running again, and lifting because I haven't lifted in over 2 months. Next week we have Big Ten's and I'm looking forward to using that as a stepping-stone towards the rest of the season. After all, I better step it up here for the rest of the season…everyone else is.
