How come Rogge doesn't have anythig to say about Sanya Richards pumping her fist a few meter before finishing 1st in the 4x400 relay? Is it because she runs for the USA?

The reason he had nothing to say is because she didn't taunt her competitor. She simply raised her hand as she crossed the finish line in triumph without looking at her opponent. Quite a bit different than pumping your chest and looking back at the competition prior to crossing the finish line. I must say that I personally didn't have a problem with Usain's actions but I can understand why others might. No American bias, just the facts.
