Billy Hayes Invitational - Indiana [results]

• Paul Markell of Hope claimed the hammer throw with his mark of 224-02.
• John Paul Smolenski of Purdue placed second in the hammer throw at 221-03.
• Ryan Ketchum of Indiana was the top collegian in the shot put at 61-04.75.

Blue Heaven Classic - North Carolina [results]

• Laura Gerraughty of North Carolina won the shot put with her mark of 57-08.50.
• Erin Donohue of North Carolina claimed the 1500 meters in 4:16.78.
• Shannon Rowbury of Duke placed second with her time of 4:17.41.
• Carol Henry of North Carolina placed third in 4:18.48.

Campbell/Wright Open - Akron [results]

• Kira Sims of Akron won the pole vault with her clearance of 14-00.
• Amarachi Ukabam of Ohio State claimed the shot put with her mark of 53-11.25.
• Dan Taylor of Ohio State won the shot put with his toss of 66-09.25.

Heptagonal Championships - Brown [results]

• The Cornell men and women claimed the team titles.

Horizon League Championships - Butler [results]

• The Wisconsin-Milwaukee men and Youngstown State women claimed the team titles.

James Madison Invitational - James Madison [results]

• Treniere Clement of Georgetown won the 1500 meters in 4:17.85.
• Jesse O'Connell of Georgetown won the 800 meters with his time of 1:47.96.
• Chris Lukezic of Georgetown claimed the 1500 meters in 3:41.59.

Len Paddock Invitational - Michigan [men | women]

• Andrew Ellerton of Michigan took home the 800 meter title in 1:46.56.
• Nate Brannen of Michigan, competing unattached, placed second in 1:46.79.
• Mike Inge of Kent State placed third overall with his time of 1:47.82.
• Rob Myers of Ohio State was the top collegian in the 1500 meters at 3:41.13.
• Steve Manz of Michigan State claimed the shot put with his mark of 64-11.50.

Modesto Relays - Modesto [results]

• Jillian Camarena of Stanford won the shot put with her mark of 57-05.75.
• Dan Ames of UCLA was the top collegian in the shot put at 63-10.25.
• Yoo Kim of UCLA claimed the open pole vault with his clearance of 17-10.50.

New England Championships - Northeastern [men | women]

• The Rhode Island men and Boston College women won the team titles.

NJCAA Championships - South Plains College [results]

• The Barton County Community College men and women claimed the team titles.
• Kerron Stewart of Essex won the 100 meters with her time of 11.46.
• Juanita Broaddus of Barton County won the 200 meters with her time of 23.53.
• The Barton County women won the 4x100 meter relay in 44.47.
• The Kansas City CC women placed second with their time of 44.91.
• Shaunette Davidson of Barton County cleared 6-01.25 to win the high jump.
• Steven Mullings of Barton County won the 100 and 200 meters in 10.17 and 20.58.
• The Barton County men claimed the 4x100 meter relay in 39.44.
• The Southwestern Christian College men won the 4x400 meter relay in 3:06.14.

Ohio Valley Conference Championships - Birmingham [results]

• The Eastern Illinois men and Southeast Missouri State women won the team titles.

Orange and Purple Classic - Clemson [results]

• Lashinda Demus of South Carolina claimed the 100 meter hurdle title in 13.19.
• Demus also won the 400 meter hurdles with her time of 55.85.
• Erica Whipple of South Carolina won the 200 meters in 23.20 and 100 meters in 11.58.
• Jenny Dahlgren of Georgia was the top collegian in the hammer throw at 63.61m.
• Chelsea Hammond of South Carolina took the national lead in the long jump at 6.57m.
• Gisele Oliveira of Clemson set a school record mark of 13.66m in the triple jump.
• Chaunte Howard of Georgia Tech won the high jump with her clearance of 1.88m.
• Kim Barrett of Florida claimed the shot put with her mark of 17.31m.
• Tony Allmond of South Carolina claimed the long jump with his leap of 26-02.

PAC 10 Combined Events Championships - Arizona [results]

• Tommy Skipper of Oregon won the decathlon with his score of 7589 points.
• Joshua Kinnaman of Arizona State placed second with his score of 7484.
• Jackie Johnson of Arizona State won the heptathlon with her score of 5603.

Sun Belt Championships - North Texas [results]

• The Western Kentucky men and New Mexico State women took home the team titles.
• Rosemary Okafor of Middle Tennessee State claimed the 100 with her time of 11.43 (2.2w).
• Okafor also won the 200 meters in 23.49 (2.4w).
• Mardy Scales of Middle Tennessee State clocked 10.12 (2.8w) to win the 100 meters.
• Scales also claimed the 200 meters with his time of 20.52 (2.1w).

Wilson Motor Qualifier - Utah State [results]

• Wiley King of Weber State claimed the 100 meters in 10.35 (2.5w).
• Trent Powell of BYU won the pole vault with his clearance of 17-10.50.
• Ryan Bruhn of Utah State took the hammer throw with his mark of 209-03.

Wisconsin Twilight - Wisconsin [men | women]

• Demi Omole of Wisconsin won the 100 meters in 10.33.
• Chris Solinsky of Wisconsin claimed the 1500 meters in 3:43.90.
• Hilary Edmondson of Wisconsin won hte 1500 meters with her time of 4:17.50.
