Tornadoes, hospitals, and rain... oh my!
Man this week felt really really eventful. I went through my first
tornado experience while at work. It was quite scary for this west
coast person! But we made it. Then at the meet on Saturday one of our
girls had a scary experience but is doing great (thank the Lord) right
now. I think all of us teachers and kids are more than ready for this
three day weekend!
As far as training is going, I can feel that
I'm getting back into shape. My runs have become more consistent and
I'm slowly building up my mileage. Soon I should be startin some
workouts (gosh I'm sooo ready for it).
Monday: 6 miles, abs Tuesday: 5 miles, abs, weights Wednesday: Day off Thursday: 10x 200m hills, 5 miles Friday: 6 miles Saturday: 4 miles Sunday: 8 miles with Kayla!
Total Miles: 34 miles
