I love weekends!

Friday – This was just the most interesting day! So I was woken up at 1:42 AND 5:45 by earthquakes. They were still 4.’s but closer to my apartment so they definitely woke me up. I’m not one of those people that enjoys having my sleep disturbed! So then I got up around 7:45 and did a bike workout, then headed to the school to get my lift on. Then it was up and over the mountain to head to Cal… but I had to stop at my dads work place to get tickets to the game tomorrow. I made it to Berkeley in pretty good time and hung out with my teammates until we headed to the track. My girls ran well! I’m so happy for them. So we hung out around the track and got some dinner… had a creepy dinner guest. Cuz we were sitting outside on the patio type thing, and this guy (pretty sure he was crazy) stood outside the gate having a whole conversation with us… it was scary. When we got back to the hotel we went and hot tubbed it up… then us (being the nerds we are) started doing push up stuff and abs off the side pool hahaha. It was so funny. Anyways, it was a fun day all around.

Mileage: 7 miles

Saturday – So this morning all us girls woke up and went for a run along the coast. It was sooo beautiful at 8 am… one of those days you just love running. We went for a nice easy hour. After the run, my mom and I had some trouble hooking up because she got lost on the freeway hahaha. But we eventually connected then headed to the track meet. I saw Lamont run in his prelim race but then we had to jet to head to San Francisco. Tell me WHY parking at the stadium was 30$!!! How insane! So my mom was all excited because she thought that the shopping area was only like 2 blocks from the ballpark, but this just proved that she is fired from reading maps hahaha. It was really a 30 minute walk away, but we sure made it! It was a nice little shopping area so we were there for a little while before we headed to the baseball game. My unk was really able to get us good seats that came with this extra nice food area below the stadium… AND they would let you order food from your seats and deliver it. It was such a good game! Good times… it was soo much fun! One of the funnest days ever.  

Mileage: 8 miles

Sunday – Today was the drive back from Cal, I made it in extra good time! Made the drive not bad at all haha. But I did a little biking once I got back… pretty chill day.

Mileage: 6 miles

Total Mileage: 50.2 miles

where i work in boston during the summer, we charge customers $38 for 80+ minutes.

Thats crazy $30 and than add on gas prices.
