Considering USC's 4x400 squad has the 50th fastest mark on the most recent performance list, and Bryshon Nellum is supposedly redshirting the outdoor season, how can USC be ranked second in the ELITE 8 rankings?

Uh...Jordan Boase of Wahington ran 20.37 and is leading the country, but he's not even on the list?
RE: Boase
Right now we don't think he will run the 200m at NCAA's. That could change in the next few weeks though.

Somehow I completely overlooked Bumbalough's mark. I shall change accordingly in next week's rankings.

its rankings... if you want the descending order list look at that list.
Boase
I wouldn't be surprised if Boase runs the 200m at nationals. He likes the 200m more than the 400m. Plus, since their 4x4 isn't looking that competitive this year, he likely will have the time and energy to both the 200m and 400m.

Good call whoever made the comment about USC's 4x400. What have they done to deserve such a high ranking? I'd be surprised if they were in the top three at the Pac-10 meet let alone nationals.

How in the heck you guys do the rankings and leave out one of the top hurdlers in the country which happens to be a freshman from Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida with pr of 13.59 whereas he has run in the 13.70 or better several times this season.

I'd be suprised if he ran any more 200's the rest of the year. He's got alot 400m runs ahead of him in the next month and a half.
