I personally think Irene Kimaiyo of Texas Tech should not be ranked in both the steeple and the 5000 because there is no way she could double at Nationals-the semis of the steeple is right before the 5000 semis.

But no one knows which one she'll pick so maybe they're ranking the 5K as if she were in the 5K and then ranking the steeple as if she were to run the steeple. My guess is she'll run the steeple. She's ran at least 2 already this year and has a better chance in it than in the 5, based on her tremendous improvement already and the fact that the 5 is pretty stacked.

How do you guys rank the athletes? They are all over the place every week!

You ranked DeAna Carson of Baylor 8th in the 200. Surely you must mean Carla Grace, who is the 2nd best at Baylor in the 200. Carson runs the 100 hurdles and long jumps.

Yeah, Kimaiyo presents a quandary for us. Texas Tech told me she hasn't made up her mind.

I'm wondering how Hagans gets moved down to 8th, and below Kosinski even after beating Kosinski by 3 seconds head to head...

Man, after Blood's 4:12 this weekend, where do you rank her? All of a sudden she's a contender for the 1500 title but before was ranked high in the 5K. Chance she could double?

Nicole Blood ran a 4:14...very impressive for a 5k girl. I don\'t get Lauren Hagans from Baylor dropping down to 8th place below Alex Kosinski.
