• Andretti Bain of Oral Roberts moved from the 400 Hurdle list to 6th on the 400m list as we think he will choose to run the open quarter at NCAA's. (45.38 this weekend)
  
• Luke Gunn of Florida St moved from 6th to 2nd in the Steeple with his 8:38.33 weekend performance.
• Lee Emanuel is now ranked 2nd in the 1500m. Still alot going on in that event...
  
• Sean Quigley of La Salle is now ranked in the 5000m (2nd) as we think he will double at the NCAA meet.

E-8 Women Rankings - Week 5

• Virgil Hodge moved from 7th to 3rd in the 200m after her 22.76
• Nicole Blood of Oregon moved into the 3rd position in the 5000m after a solid 15:43.82 at Mt. Sac
• Ti'erra Brown of Miami (a freshman) moved from 6th to 3rd in the 400m Hurdles with her 56.72
• Not necessarily a big jump but Eva Orban of USC moved ahead of Brittany Riley from Southern IL in the Hammer after beating her handily head to head this weekend.

E-8 Men Rankings - Week 4

• Jordan Boase of Washington blew up in the 400m with a 44.82 and is now ranked 2nd after not being ranked last week.
• Julian Reed of Texas A&M went 54' 03.75" in the triple and took over the top spot in the rankings and in our opinion is now the guy to beat come nationals.
  
• Zuheir Sharif of Texas A&M went 53' 10.25" at the same meet with a -1.1w and is now ranked 2nd in the tripple jump.
• Matt Turner of ASU returns to the long jump rankings after a 2 week absence. He jumped 26' 00.75" and moved into 2nd.
• After a mishap last week with Jacob Korir, we have him back where we think he belongs at #1 in the 5000m and #2 in the 10000m
  

E-8 Women Rankings - Week 4

• Kelly Ann Babtiste of LSU enterend the 200m list at #4 after her 22.96
• Penn St 4x400 moved to #4 after their win over Auburn and ASU with a time of 3:32.90 (also keep your eye on Dominique Blake)
• Khadija Talley of Miami entered the rankings at #3 in the Discus after a big throw of 187' 04"

E-8 Men Rankings - Week 3

• Richard Thompson of LSU jumped to the top spot in the 100m after his 10.00 at the Texas Relays. (also an LSU school record)
• Augustus Maiyo of Alabama moved to the top spot in the Steeplechase.
• LSU's 4x100 and 4x400 teams moved up the ranks. The 4x100 moved from 4th to 1st with their win and the 4x400 team went from unranked to 3rd after a second place 3:04.3 at the Texas Relays.
• Jason Colwick moved up 7 spots to 1st in the pole vault.
• Clendon Henderson moved 3 spots to 1st in the discus.
  

E-8 Women Rankings - Week 3

• 10000: Lisa Koll of Iowa St. went from unranked to 2nd after a terrefic performance and American Collegiate Record at Stanford. See her post-race interview.
• 100 Hurdles: Nickiesha Wilson of LSU jumped from 5th to 1st in after winning Texas Relays.
