About Me
I’m from a small place/state, born and raised from Camden, Delaware. I attended Caesar Rodney Senior High School and earned All-American honors in the 200m indoors in 1999. I attended and graduated from Delaware State University. I graduated in 2003 with a degree in Psychology. While at Delaware State University I earned all MEAC and IC4A honors. I consider myself to be a pure sprinter, but everyone that has seen me run say I am a quarter miler. My personal best times thus far are 10.32 in the 100m, 20.66 in the 200m and 45.68 in the 400m. Directly after graduation I worked as a graduate assistant under Delaware State’s University Head Track coach Duane Henry; I did that for three years and loved every moment of it. I received my Masters of Education Degree in 2006 and accepted a teaching position in the state of Maryland. Since then I’ve been coaching track and field on the high school level. I’ve coached at Eleanor Roosevelt High School 2006-2007 and now coaching sprints at Meade High School. After careful consideration, I’ve decided to come back to the one thing that I’ve always been good at and what I truly love to do. I hope to share my experiences, trials and tribulations with everyone here on track shark. I will include my track workouts, times I’ve ran at various meets and other personal stuff.
