Summary 152 miles for the week, two good workouts.  Very happy with the workout with ruben, it was much easier of course with someone but I could feel that I had more in the tank I'm just not strong enough to use it but it will come also I haven't made it that far at mp in a long while, without hammy problems. sorry for all the typo's and stuff I'm up at foss and really really rushing this. I'll try to post again next week but it may be late.

my pick for the top 4 are shami, rothin, hall, wanjiru, I won't hesitate a guess i'm also calling ritz and sell for the top 12.
Foss it is a running camp for hs kids in NH where I spoke last week and am a counsler this week very hilly. Also it is why you aren't hearing much from me.
