Wednesday AM woods 6.5 solo, 45:21, heel very sore tot. 6
Noon saw mika for treatment and massage
Thursday AM woods 8 w/ gary, 55:37, heel sore but improved
tot. 8

Friday woods 10 solo, 1:07:50, heel sore tot. 10
Saturday Woods 10 solo, 1:06:39, heel sore, tot. 10
Sunday woods 10 solo, 1:04:23, heel sore tot. 10
Summary 56 miles for week, heel hurts and the reduced
running doesnt seem to be doing the hammy any good which is to say its been
bothering me which is unusual. Rough week hopefully I can get this heel thing
squared away this week.

At this point I very much want to run new milford. I got worked on this morning and I'm getting worked on again on Thursday. So right now I am planning on raceing friday.

nate, i just wanted to say i read your blog and enjoy the training insights. i am running grandma's marathon and am hoping for a big pr. anyway, i am bummed for you that you are having achilles/peroneal issues. i have struggled through those before and found they always left as mysteriously as they came. so here's to hoping that yours leaves soon...brent ferrell
