Summary 53 miles for the week, two good workouts on Tuesday but the heel sucks.  It had been tight for a few days but got real painful.  Basically it’s the peroneal connection point and it being so ****ed up has caused a little problem in the Achilles because of favoring and all that.  So I had to drop the 5k on Saturday and won’t be working out for probably a week at the rate things are going.  So that’s a **** week, but hopefully I’ll get on track in a week or so.
