Listen to what God has in store for you. If running is what\'s on your heart present it to Him that hears all and sees all, and just listen. You\'re right the \"Faith of a Mustard Seed\" is all that it takes. Focus, hone in on the skills that are needed, and most importantly stay pure. Do not become overly saturated with the environment that corrupts those that are weak. I think you are taking a step in the right direction by going back to where it all began. I think that is a step in the right direction, to refocus and going \"back to the basics\" however do not be opposed to extending your boundaries outside of that comfort zone when you are ready. There are alot of great opportunities out there. Stay up! Stay positive! Stay fast! Most importantly Stay Prayed up! So, we can watch a kid from The Small Wonder (Delaware) go to Bejing and represent! Got them chop stick ready?!?

Joshwyn, what more can I really say. The first time we met each other you were in VA, competing in a meet at William & Mary University. Without Track & Field I probably wouldn’t never met your “CRAZY TAIL”. Now, almost throughout these 3 years I have seen the love, passion and desire you have for Track & Field. Your body is back in shape, you have the speed along with the strength and mental aspect of this sport; therefore you will be successful and your dream will come true. You know I’m your back-bone and you can always count on me…..I support any & everything you do. Wow my training partner is leaven and goin on to the big realm of track and field..... You always had it in you and you always will. You have the power to do anything you want to do, all you need is faith, prayer and gods favor will flow. Man im glad to see that your goin and finally taken charge in what you should have been doin from the start.

Man who would have known that you and I would be still training togather just like in college. Wow I was on your tail then and still is now. I guess ill see you on the track then again while we carpool to meets. Man you have everything you need all you add is faith. I turly wish you the best of the best. I've always looked up to you and im happy to say that your a close friend aka track brother of mine sence freshman yr. You were one of the guys on the track team at Del that I always observed the most next to Mr. Sandy. My goal was to get were you are beyond now with me doin my HGH workout with AJ....... I will see ya on in the 100m 200m and the awsome 400m.

So all in all I wish you the best sad to see you go form the MD area but ill see you on the olympic circuit. You will be fine....... whoo

In life we all strive to be the Best that we can be at whatever we choose in life to do.....But then there are those that don't really have to choose but rather just embrace what Talent God has Blessed them with and entrust that they have it for a reason.....U have the opportunity that many would Love to have and that's to do what you Love to do and make a career out of it.....Go on and walk out on Faith....I have found out many times that once I stop trying to take control and actually sit back and allow God to do what he has planned, the outcome is far Greater than I could have ever envisioned it to be.....and when u come along those trials and tribulations that Life always throws us...just remember Footprints, ".....It was then that I carried u." Is exactly what your supposed to do and what you are doing. If track is your passion then you will succeed. He gives you your hearts deepest desire, right? If you are faithful in your walk with him...you will succeed. You're good at what you've choosen to do, and I know that you have the drive...so you'll do great. Little brother I’m soooooooooooooo proud of you for taking this enormous step in your life to follow yours dreams. I’m sad that I’m not around to see it happen.
Just remember those mornings workouts w/Bell…if we made it thru that those workouts then you can make it thru anything lol. I tried to keeping you going then…LOL.
Josh God has blessed you with a great talent so use it. I’m praying that God guards and guides you through your journey.
I just have to say three things about this. First, God does answer prayers so definitely proceed with fore filling your dreams. If you keep him first in all things he will lead you thru. Second, stay focused and grounded in your life and training. And don’t let anyone or anything interrupt what your heart desires. Third, it’s about time that you made up your mind to finally do this because I don’t know how many times I have told you to stop playing around, get it together and handle your business. Long story short my prayers have been answered. So you know I’m behind you 100% and you have all the resources and support to make this happen. I’m proud of you!! Keep me posted. : )
