One Stressful week
Well, I must admit, this week's stress was not anything track related, but to my computer crashing on Monday. Way to start my spring break. Good thing I bought a G5 Macintosh last spring, or I would of been out of commission for a few weeks.
My apologies for being a few days late on this blog too.
Wednesday March 19, 2008 Man I hate rainy days...It was raining cats and dogs today.
Today's workout was limited...to drills and starts in the gym. I was speaking to Justin about his block settign and I questioned him why he had his feet so close together...he really had no answer that explained why his block setting were so close. Anyway, I decided to try his block setting out and ironically it worked for me..well it seemed it did....I actually had a few starts. So we will try that out at my first outdoor meet in an 100m or 200m.
Thursday-March 20, 2008 Today wasn't anything serious for me today...I woke up at 11:00 and went on a 30 minute run in the Maryland's windy weather. Came home stretched and did abs and core and moped over my computer dying on me.
***I'm gearing up to open with my first official outdoor meet, Nigel doesn't want me to open up in the 400m so I will do a 200m and maybe a 4x400m if I can get a relay together. I'm hoping to run at the Delaware State Invite on the 29th, but I'm still waiting on the meet director to open it for unattached athletes. Until then everyone have a wonderful week and sorry for the short summary.

Good luck on your season opener. I didn't know your coaching Justin Murdock, alot of great talent right there.
