NCAA Men's Hammer Rankings Vol. 3
Jake Dunkleberger (Auburn) started the outdoor season where he left off last June. He easily won the Tiger Classic this past weekend and nearly threw a personal best in doing so. He remains atop the rankings while Cory Martin (Auburn) and Egor Agafonov (Kansas) have yet to start their seasons. Matej Muza (Virginia Tech) also started strong with a personal best in his first meet of the season helping him climb up to fourth. In other action, Boldi Kocsor (UCLA) beat Walter Henning (North Carolina) at the Texas Relays and as a result moved ahead of Henning in the rankings. Although it is early in the season, a large group of throwers is already sitting at the 63-65 meter range and on the verge of breaking into the rankings.
