NCAA Hammer Rankings Vol. 1

25 March 2008 at 19:19 - 0 comments - link
Few top throwers threw this past weekend except Walter Henning (North Carolina), who opened up with a big personal best and has moved up several spots.  On the women's side, Laci Heller (Kansas State) and Stevi Large (Akron) opened up the season quite well this past weekend and moved up several spots.  Both Large and Heller threw personal bests of nearly two meters.  Loren Groves, however, did not open up as well as expected and slipped a few spots.
