The Rebirth.....
of a man but most importantly his soul. When your darkness is only overcome by flame that burns in the gut. No signs of better days or a notable triumph, but the unrelenting bitterness and hatred of ones self. Internalizing all that is "perceived" wrong fuels the journey to a better day. One emotion leads to one thought, and one thought leads to one step into the quick sand of everday tasks and responsibilities.
The only hope you have is the vision of a pain free existence that provides your mind with vivid images of your hearts desires. Everyday is a struggle to remain on task, with each day becoming harder to carry your wounded corpse towards that flicker of bright light. The pain and flesh wounds you have endured are your proof that you have been reborn.
You have been battered and beaten on the outside, bruised on the inside, but not destroyed. So carrying on is not possible but is required for you to take the next step out of that quick sand and into the fire of truth.
Now the fire will determine your true worth as a man, not the idolized physique of a God or the speed and grace of a cheetah. All that will remain is the scarred and torched soul of a man standing, crying, in a puddle of his own tears. Eventually his tears temper the flame and cleanses his soul and this completes his rebirth. His new day. His new chance. And this is his joy....
Fire is the test of gold, adversity for strong men

rebirth like a phoenix. I've went through the fire last season--and now i am reborn from the ashes. This season--I spread my wings.
The answer to your next question---YES!--that's exactly what that means!
