New week, same stuff, different place, but its still fun!!!!

Now that the indoor season is here, practice is actually fun again. I will be the first person to tell you that most sprinters are some lasy so and so's...I hate Tuesday and Friday workouts, especially repeat 200's that I think my college coach invented..lol!!! And don't do that workout with 400m runners aka the fools that don't know the menaing of pace!!! J GRAHAM, J-LEW, BIG E, AND TONE!!! I still got love for yall, but that workout last year was outta control, and I'm mad that you all almost broke my soul..LMAO!!!

Anyway, I think I'm in very good shape, I've been hitting times in workouts that made me question the start and stop watch skills of  my dude that times me..lol, but its a good step in the right direction. An example of some of the times I've hit in training flats: I did a 350m ladder workout (thanks Coach Lynn, now I really hate 350's lol) This was back in October.

350m - 44.6

300m - 37.6

250m - 31.9

2x200m 25.5 and 24.5 all with 8 minutes rest between each one (I hate you Leo lol)

Jesus Lawd!!! I saw my life flash in front of my eyes, and when I tell you all that I was crippled for about 30 minutes with no lower body movement what so ever.....I mean it! I couldn't feel my toes, I developed gas..just farting non stop...LMAO!!! Man it was bad, but I'm living you know? This is what the Olympic year does to a person, it pushes you to limits that you didn't think you could go too, it makes you stronger mentally, so in all, if you really wanna be in Oregon at the end of June, you better get your mind right, beardown (Hi Brianna Glenn lol) and take it to the unknown limits, cause there is no roof on detrimination and goal setting. Take care folks, next I will talk about my near death experiences training on Mars aka Altitude 5335ft above Earth! lol

Quote of the day:

"See, this is a razor blade situation" - Shantia Moss aka Cheeks Almighty...LMAO!!!
