Finally

I finally have the chance to write a blog and keep people updated with my progess as runner. This is the Olympic Year and everyone is on their A Game..(hopefully, thats all they are on..lol) Anyway, I'm really looking for to this season, god only knows whats going to happen, I just hope its all positive. I'm also looking forward to seeing what some of the newly elite runners will do this year, like Demi Omole(punk lol) Mike Rodgers, Shantia Moss (defending NCAA 60m hurdle Champ) Chris Gills, and a host of others. I wish everyone I know that is running this season all the luck and good health in the world this season.
