Disappointing auto-qualifier
I was hoping to run fast at the Vanderbilt Invitational this past weekend, but I didn't really execute my race well. I came out of the blocks slow and got picked up about 50m into the race by Hogans, and that pretty much was it. I felt that I ran well from 100m-400m, but that slow first turn killed me. I still ran 46.72 and auto qualified for nationals, but I wanted a lot more from the race. We have a home meet this weekend, and I'm going to really concentrate on that first half of my race. I know I have the strength, but I need to incorporate more speed into my first 200m in order to run what I need to.

WOW!!! 46.72!!! congrats man!! thats fast then a mug. and im sure you'll definitely run faster by season end. keep it up!
