I just got back from spending the Labor Day weekend in Carbondale with my boys from High School. I always have a good time when I go down there. I needed to relax after givin the Bursar's office all my money on Friday, but hey, I'm still in school so that's good. Practice starts tomorrow for our freshmen. This is kind of an orientation week for them, so they can learn all the drills and the general run down of things before the returnees come back. This year my coach is having us come in and speak to them on different topics. Mine is "Consistency". This is what I've been struggling to improve throughout my entire college track and field career. So this year I'm going to do my best and practice what I'm about to preach.
Yesterday, Steve Irwin the "Crocodile Hunter" died. That's wack man... RIP
