Round and Round we go...
The last couple of weeks have been pretty hectic, track has not skipped a beat and we are reaching new levels in our training. Classes are surely playing their part in lifes stressors, this week alone I have 3 exams, 1 5pg paper, a revised essay and a group project due! Exciting; I know right...
This week we are starting our 3t's (twenty terrible two-hundreds): this is when we start by doing 10 two-hundreds and add 2 each week until we get to 20, we get to complete the 200s in 34 seconds with 3 minutes rest, despite the name of this workout I love doing them; especially since I know exactly what is going to happen and coach doesn't hit us with any of his many surprises.
We are approaching our third week of hills and all I can say is I can't wait until its over! 2 down 5 more to go.
