Well this weekend was quite interesting...I competed in a lot of different events such as the 55m dash, 55m hurdles, 200m dash, 4x400m relay, 4x200m relay, long jump, triple jump, and high jump...
I ended up qualifying for the NCAA' with a jump of 1.70 (5 feet, seven inches)...This is was interesting on many different levels, basically my coaches stood by and adjusted my mark and approach after every jump starting at 4'8 lol, with this being the 2nd time ive competed in this event this yr, i credit much success to them; I was simply running and jumping!!!....So basically between the three of us we punched a ticket to the national meet in Boston, MA!!!!
well thats all for now, unfortunately im writing this while its snowing outside....boooo!

56.95. Not bad for the first year, actually. If you continue to perfect your form, it could go way down. Don't be afraid to take that time. And no one else really has even good form, actually. Anchor on the 4x4l. Kudos. Keep on strutting.

I went to SIU for a year. I used to race guys in the street who sais they ran 10.5-10.8. I smoked them. I shoulda ran track there. When I ran in high school. I improved 5 secs every year in the 800. about 2sec in the 400. I quit when I was a 16 year- old. Probably stupid. But, I can tell my proteges about the error or quitting... and overtraining.
